Dr. Steve Kishter & Dr. Freddie Hoffman wanted to engage in a whole house remodel at 5611 16th St NW DC 20011. Although the couple had lived in the home for eight years they had not touched the gauche kitchen remodel the prior owner had engaged in during the 1960s. Their goals for the kitchen design which would be tackled first in the whole house remodel were: Create a 21st century kitchen design that was reminiscent of the 1925 original. Create a better connection between the first floor & basement to the back yard. Bring more light into the kitchen design. Take advantage of the large footprint to create a better working kitchen floor plan . Redesign the powder room and add more closet space

You deserve to be picky! Jonathan Grant in the subdivision of Parker Farm, Silver Spring had this to say about his Bathroom Remodeling Contractor We are very, very picky consumers. We have thrown contractors out of the house, while other contractors have refused to work for us after we explain to them our expectations. Grant continued Our town home is typical builder grade, built quickly, without much attention to detail and quality. We did expect to run into issues, and the entire Signature team worked it out with/for us, providing advice on the best options, so that in the end we were happy with the decisions we made and how the issues were resolved. In selecting and sourcing the products, Joe was always there for us. Sara Estrada their project coordinator was also there for us, checking on the progress of the bathroom remodeling, and resolving any bottlenecks. She was very polite, extremely helpful, and showed up to the work site frequently each week. The workmen were very conscientious cleaned up after themselves every day, showed up on time, and worked late when necessary. This was not our first remodel with Signature. In 2012 we had them do a kitchen remodel which brings us nothing but joy and compliments. Suffice it to say We highly recommend Signature Kitchens Additions and Baths, and we would not hesitate to use them on any other project in our house.
