This bathroom had a leaking toilet flange that caused the subfloor to deteriorate. Upon further investigation we noticed the cause of the leak was the floor joist had been cut all the way through during the homes construction for the drain pipe to run, but was never braced or supported. Over time, the flooring began to sag causing a faulty seal at the toilet, thus leaking water which deteriorated the floor. We installed to new floor joists to help support the floor, cut out the distressed subfloor, and installed new vinyl flooring over the old tile flooring. While we were there, we removed the previous cast iron tub and tiled vanity top. We installed a new fiberglass shower pan and wall surrounds, painted the vanity, installed a cultured marble vanity top, and patched back all necessary tile and drywall back to the new amenities.

This wrap bench seat was for a large (approx. 4'x10') table in a recreational room. We worked with the homeowners to design the bench based on desired sizing, as well as designs they liked on Pintrest. We built custom panels offsite to intrude on the homeowner's life as little as possible. These panels were then installed over a built in frame for a sturdy and truly unique bench.

The master bathroom toilet shutoff valve blew and saturated the carpet in the bathroom and into the bedroom on this double wide. The water also sprayed onto the ceiling and damaged some of the texturing. We removed the old carpet/pad and installed new carpet in the bedroom. The sub floor in the master was leveled out, then new underlayment and glued vinyl flooring. The texturing on the ceiling was fixed and the whole ceiling was painted to have uniform coloring.

This was an entire house remodel. The exterior updates included window replacement, new siding, all new exterior doors, as well as landscaping. We completely remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms including cabinet and vanity installations.. We installed floor tile in the kitchen/dining, sitting room as well as the bathrooms. Hardwood in the living room and bedrooms was sanded and refinished. The basement was finished out approximately 70% and included new drywall, trim, paint, carpet, and half bath.

On this complete remodel we stripped out all the old cabinets, flooring, and hardware and replaced the windows. We laid new tile in the bathrooms and Kitchen, re-installed new cabinets and vanities, painted all walls, trim and ceiling, and installed new carpet in the living areas.
