Rapp's Does It All - Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

Tech came when promised. This is my 3rd call wit Rapp’s and I always appreciate their focus on customer service. Unfortunately I was working when Cody arrived, but my sister reported a pleasant experience and he was professional, prompt and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks!

We just had to have a replacement part for our spa tub, and Daniel from Rapp’s Does It All was our technician and he was outstanding. He had to order a part which took a little time, but he made sure he was in touch with me as to keep me updated on the when the part would be in. He received the part yesterday, and was here this morning installing it. Daniel was very professional, and made sure we were pleased with everything. It was a very good experience.

The job isnt done, so I will add to my review later. but I have to say that Daniel Jennings spent about an hour trying to come up with a solution for a plumbing issue we had. He absolutely did everything to help. He is coming back to finish the job, but at this point; he deserves 5 stars for his friendly demeanor in wanting to give us the best outcome possible without having the cost skyrocket.

We had a very bad leak under our kitchen sink. Daniel Jennings, with Rapps Does It All, came to our home. He was so nice and professional! He explained to us what needed to be done and fixed our leaks very quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service . I definitely recommend Daniel and Rapps Does It All!
