Customer had roots in sewer line. Had a existing clean out that was not functional to maintain sewer line if any backs were to occur. Customer did have roots in the line and wanted a clean out installed so if any back up were to occur there would be easy access to clean the sewer line. Project included excavation, new clean out, the re-routing of pipe (remove turns, replace ABS, new fittings). Also included Hydro jetter service to clean all roots out of pipe. Provided customer with a estimate to fix the issue with roots in line.

Customer reported washer machine drain line is backed up. Requested rooter machine to clear line. Cleared the drain line with rooter machine. Tested drain line with lots of water and everything is flowing with no issues.

Customer reported that sinks were draining slow inside house and toilets bubbling and backing up into tub. Upon inspection with a sewer line camera we found that the pipe under house was in bad shape and there was lots of build up. Project included excavation inside garage to expose existing sewer line to install pipe liner upstream and downstream towards street. Also performed Hydro Jetter service to clean pipe before pipe liner installation. After pipe lining installation the hole was back filled and concrete was replaced.
