SMS (Monte and Nick Baker) is the Ithaca area's BEST Handyman company I've ever worked with! The variety of work they do at such a high level is impressive and very convenient. Instead of calling 5 different specialists, I only have to call one. They did a great job fixing frozen and broken pipes this past winter in my house. They responded quickly and were in the next day. I found them very friendly, knowledgeable, and they really went out of their way to answer my questions, give suggestions, and help me understand some of the complicated workings of plumbing and heating. They even stayed late to make sure the problems were fixed and gave me a discount. I highly recommend SMS for any property maintenance, repairs, or improvements. I will call them every time for my personal use as well as for my businesses and clients.
