Yelp Review 5 stars ... Frank Aquilina is the best! He's been our plumber for several years now. He's helped us with a variety of plumbing issues - some very small and minor, some very complicated. He is always prompt, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, and he is very nice to our cats, too! He's very honest and doesn't recommend any work that isn't necessary. There's been a few times we've called him asking him to do some work and he's either told us about a cheaper alternative or explained why we really don't need the work done at all. His fees are very reasonable and his work is always high-quality. Issue Originally.. 1) Whirlpool Tub Leaking Water, h/o said its the jets are leaking and need to be repaired and thinks they're not covered by warranty Plumber found that the tub needed to replaced

1) Whirlpool Bath MP Assembly (Location:Bathroom (Master)) ~~ Reported Problem: jacuzzi - upstairs master bathroom bathtub will not turn off.. the only way to turn off to turn off the unit manually 2) Plumbing ~~ Reported Problem: jacuzzi does not sound right when draining... sounds like something is wrong 3) Added message : please check guest bathroom -bathtub faucet has a constant drip from the spout. Note: talked to Jane said that pads under jacuzzi might need to be replaced/has to go underneath to turn off everytime Re-Scheduling because we wont make the time available and customer had to go to an appt 12-12:30 --talked to Jane and she will call me back to schedule a new time. *****Complete 05/19/15 1-Replaced relay to Tub 2-Repaired (bathtub faucet) Delta Knock off

Issue... 1) Has Leak in irrigation system on outside control, you were there Friday and turned off water, today is to return and repair. Complete 09/28/15 Repaired irrigation system checked for leaks ~~working well at this time Note: We have been working with this customer for some years and have done several jobs at this property and others for her.
