A branch bank of a Seattle based bank was concerned about the appearance of their ceramic tile lobby floor. The grout was dark and made the whole lobby, despite being only 2 years old, appear slightly dingy and tired. After cleaning, the satisfied client simply noted that the grout was "white again."

The slate floor of a locally based Seattle coffee company needed some heavy cleaning after months of heavy foot traffic. Rainier had cleaned the adjacent building lobby floor, which unfortunately showed the heavy soiling on the coffee store floor and stairs. The client was very pleased with the end result and continues to work Rainier on various cleaning challenges.

Our system was ideal for, not only cleaning all their concrete and tile around their pool, but to contain and completely remove the dirt and debris. A large research facility in Seattle had a safety issue with a wood ramp off a loading dock. The wet, damp weather helped create a layer of dark slime that made the surface slippery for foot traffic and deliveries. Our process completely removed the slime, solving the slippage issue. The client also noted that they could now see the actual wood surface, which they hadn't seen in years.

A large open air campus facility in Seattle had a heavy build up of moss and grime on some brick patios, walkways, and low walls. This multi-use 21 story building in downtown Seattle had a challenge with the stone walls in the main lobby. The stone had a dry, chalky appearance, causing the management company to consider physically replacing the stone, at a high cost. They decided to use Rainier and found the stone, after our cleaning process, was returned to a darker and richer look.much as it was when originally installed
