Installed new 8068 OX Anderson Patio Slider in white vinyl exterior with bare pine interior (stained to match new kitchen cabinets) with Oil Rubbed bronze hardware, and a new 3x3 sliding window. New alder and cherry wood cabinets were installed in the kitchen, including crown molding at the ceiling, pull out trays, knobs, and under cabinet lighting. Countertops were removed and replaced with new granite, and we installed a new stainless steel sink and garbage disposal. New flooring was installed, the kitchen was painted, and we also put in new can lights on the ceiling. Other items included a bread cover, pull out trash container, rotating shelf, pull out shelf for dish drying and a cutlery organizer.

Expanded doorway entry to 42" to create wheelchair accessibility into a new roll-in shower with dual showerheads, including one Bonzaii Shower Spa system, grap bars, and corner shelves; also included new moisture resistant sheetrock, R&R flooring, and removal of toilet and cap drain. Shower pan was ForeverStone and walls were acrylic in Abalone Travertine, a stunning display!

Installed new granite with tile backsplash, crown molding around the top of cabinets. Also refaced and painted entertainment center to match kitchen cabinets. Installed new dishwasher.

Job included full kitchen remodel and remodeling of 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen we removed and replaced cabinets, countertops, appliances, stove, and drywall as needed. Lighting, soffits plugs and switches were also removed and replaced. Gas line was relocated, reframing of wall between kitchen and living area, new can lights, new GFIs, a dedicated circuit for the dishwasher, water line to fridge and relocation of the ceiling fan from kitchen to above center of dining table. Paint, new cabinets painted white with pull out, soft close hinges, and full extension hardware. Also, we installed crown molding at the top, granite countertops, and a new 32" exterior fiberglass, one lite French Door. Bathroom remodels included new tub/showers, opening of hall bath to allow for 60" size tub, replumbing both bathrooms to code, new fan/lights in each, new flooring, paint, vanity cabinets, faucets, sinks, finished lighting, towel bars, grab bars, etc.

Tub to shower conversion included removal of existing tub, tile and sheetrock. Minor dryrot repairs. New copper pipes as needed. Installed custom shower low profile pan and walls in Forever Stone, color Amber in high gloss tile pattern. 1 recessed caddy and a corner seat were installed, in addition to sliding glass shower doors. A new lavatory top with dual integrated sinks, back and side splash, new faucets, and baseboard trim also all in Amber high gloss Forever Stone.
