Only company that charged us for an estimate - $75 - which I agreed to as company was recommended by neighbor. Project designer came to our home and measured but estimate never received despite numerous calls (always with the same response that she was too busy). Call to the owner to request a refund of my $75 fee was turned down on the basis that they had provided the service (i.e. come out and measured, even though they never came back to me with the estimate which was the whole purpose). This was the only company out of 4 that I contacted for this project that charged for an estimate and all of the others got back to me within the week. I was waiting almost a month. Totally unacceptable. Owner rather rude and condescending. Just glad I didnt have to face the entire project with them. Avoid.

Project went smoothly as expected. Designer obviously worked closely with installers.
