  | Garage and storage building for Mr Rod Howard | Dec 2017 | Mr Howard came to me with a need for storage. After a few meetings it was decided to provide Rod with a steel building to suit the area that he had to work with and provide a maintenance free structure. In addition, Mr Howard wanted a block wall to replace his aging wood fence. At 250 feet long and 6'6" high he now has the privacy that was desired.   | Souvenir Store Remodel, Hollywood Walk of Fame Mr Paul Goldman | Aug 2017 | All work done between 1am to 8am daily until finished. The $10 store on Hollywood Blvd outgrew the space it was in so the owners were able to expand into adjoining space and grew by another 1/3rd of the existing space.
