While the quality of the end product was almost ok, we were not delivered what was promised. Communication was almost non-existent and after informing Dave multiple times that the design and construction was not according to the agreed plan, they continued to proceed with their own plan anyway, damaged some items when delivering the bobcat, then accused us of breaking the items ourselves and blaming them. After taking out any rain delays, the project was at least 10 weeks late. Whenever Dave did communicate, it was weeks later. Completely unprofessional, untimely, and not at all recommended.
