Movers Choice

Moving is STRESSFUL and Coast to Coast was supposed to help me every step of the way but this move has been an absolute nightmare! Lies upon lies throughout this whole process. Justin P. offered a refund on the 30th when it looked like they couldn’t find a carrier for pickup after he already GUARANTEED me my stuff would be picked up on the 26th because I paid the $1357.81 deposit in advance on 5/21/21. So how am I supposed to find someone at the last minute while I’m en-route to Arizona on the road and don’t even have internet? He said I would only pay for the space my belongings took up in the truck (that was a lie) and never told me about the $3400 minimum. I had to keep calling Justin and Tom for updates for they weren’t keeping me informed as to what was happening. Left me just hanging without any reassurance and what I would call to inquire he and his manager Tom Lara would yell and me & hang up while I was talking. Said he would send me an inventory list and has never provided it. Said he would send me documents via DocuSign but never did, only received the invoice from the carrier once they delivered my items and charged me another $3000 to get my belongings. Many things were damaged when I received them and I was missing a sofa and sent Tom Lara pictures of the damaged items and invoice showing him the list on 7/14/21 asking him where they were but no response. Both Tom & Justin stopped responding to me all together and refuse to take my calls or answer messages. Last response from Justin was on 7/3/21. So unprofessional and lack of empathy. This process has been a total nightmare that has kept me up every night. At one point I didn’t even know where my belongings were because they refused to speak with me and I was way overcharged for moving such little items I had and was taken advantage of and want a refund of my deposit. This company takes advantage of people like me who trust they do the right thing but they failed miserably and don’t even care!! So unethical on every level!!!

I have moved to this city recently. I use to work in a firm but then I wanted to start a small firm by my own. So my idea was right and it got bigger than before. I purchased many office equipments and furniture but the problem was to settle them into my office. Well then I hired Movers choice. They actually did all the work efficiently. They relocated all the office equipments to my office safe and sound. They truly are a full service moving experience. The total communication and their working style were great as well. I loved their service.

Movers choice made my move seamless and stress-free. I used them recently for the full package service. Their quote was attractive. There were many moving companies but they were very efficient and professional. Really got a good experience for something that can often be quite stressful I could not recommend the company enough. I think everyone needs to hire them for a professional and trustworthy moving company.

I was trying to help my daughter move so I researched some moving companies online. Movers choice seemed to be the best on all counts - reasonable, easy to communicate with. Their sales rep was wonderful and always ready to answer my questions/concerns. The furniture arrived at her new place the day before my daughter flew there, she had to call them as she landed and they were able to deliver that day. Great service - would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
