This modest bathroom felt even smaller with the suspended ceiling looming overhead. Coupled with the out of date decor and the old inefficient materials it provided a great opportunity for improvement! All materials are included in the price of the project. After tearing out all the old materials, including that drop ceiling, we revealed several major wall repairs. Once completed we moved onto the new ceramic tile enclosure. After two days of tile work, mostly due to drying requirements, we had the foundation of the new look for the bathroom. So we then tore out that old wooden window and replaced it with a new custom built obscure and surrounded it with vinyl casing. After that we installed a new vanity, light/fan combination fixture, wainscoting, chair railing, baseboards and crown molding. Then we finished off the new look with some great paints from ProClassic and Duration home.

This cozy 350 square feet rental property had been abused, along with some animals that lived there, by the previous tenants and the new owner called us in to make it livable again. The smell from the animals' waste had permeated every level of the living room floor and ruined the subfloor, which meant the first task was to replace the subflooring. Then we laid three surface floors, wood laminate in two rooms and vinyl tile in the kitchen. After which we cut and installed all new crown molding, baseboards, thresholds and chair railing for the living room and bedroom. The structure had moved considerably since being laid on its modest brick foundation, which presented us with the challenge of creating a 90 degree angle seam on all the millwork. Once that challenge was met we did a two coat complete cover with Dutch Boy interior latex paint to freshen up the look. For this project the client did the tear our work and shopped all materials personally saving him some cost. The price listed for this project is strictly labor costs.
