Poor stucco job!! Kept promising that he'd fix an eyesore application ... eventually said he'd do it on a weekend ... he never showed!!! He also wouldn't clean up stucco smudges on aluminum flashing. Took my $3,000 bucks and then didn't care to follow-through. Use him at significant risk and NEVER pay him in full until after the job is completed. I have to arrange other subcontractor to fix this mess!
