About Kettel and Co LLC
The father and son team of David and Jordan Kettel are successful general contractor and property management professionals. David Has been a general contractor since 2001 and has built single family homes, multifamily homes, commercial buildings and completed tenant improvements in commercial spaces. Most recently we have been providing repair and maintenance for over 100 rental units in the south west Washington. We can repair or replace just about anything associated with any living space you might have. Appliances, cabinets, doors, floors, bath fixtures, roof leak repair, windows, crawl space issues, light fixtures, garbage disposals....you name it and we have probably fixed, installed, removed or otherwise worked on it.

We had a communication challenge early in the relationship but we both worked to reach an understanding and I believe it was a misunderstanding and not anyone's effort to be offensive. They did awesome work. They showed respect for my home and they listened to what I wanted the end result to look like. They were here yesterday and I've already recommended them to my co-workers. Great job guys! Thanks.
