These 1960's floors needed an update! We first started by lifting and leveling the floor framing and removing all the old subflooring. Next we installed backer board to begin the tiling process. We used a 12 inch by 24 inch tile in a hay stacking pattern throughout the kitchen and back dining room. Next was grout and sealer. We removed all the trim and refinished it to match all the existing woodwork. Turned out wonderful and took about a week!

This was a repeat customer of ours. She needed a new entry door in her garage and some Aluminum metal work put on the old woodwork around the garage doors. We also did some warranty work on a window that was installed some time ago. It took us a day to do the repairs and we stayed on budget and on time. The homeowner was very satisfied!

This bath was in need of our services in a bad way! First we did a complete tear out and got everything out of there. We did some framing repairs and got the HVAC vent repaired as well. After a new window was installed we re-insulated the outside wall to make the room more efficient and moved on to the sheetrock. A new shower/tub stall was next and the finish texture on the walls. Paint, tile, new interior door, and some nice trim topped it all off! Bathroom complete! Also we installed a new stovetop in the kitchen. Looks great and will last many years! Customers were very pleased!

This family needed an extension on there driveway to meet there growing car numbers. A 6 foot by 30 foot extension pad was prepped with a good base gravel and formed up. Rebar was installed in the existing pad and a bonding agent was applied to the existing ad as well. After the pad was poured stress lines were cut into the pad and finished rough to prevent slipping. Sealer was applied once the pad was cured. It met the families needs well!

This was a repeat customer! We put new replacement windows in other rooms of the house and we were back for more. New vinyl double hung windows with screens were installed and capped with an aluminum coil stock custom bent to the application. Insulated and sealed with color matched caulking wrapped this project up!

We put a new shine on a worn out deck! This deck was very large in size and included a screened in room and a large outside entertaining area. We power washed all the grim and mold off of the existing wood and replaced what needed to be addressed. All new spindles were put on and then it was time to stain. On the floors we used a new product from Olympic which creates a undercoating type of finish that is not as chunky as a conventional coating. On the railings and other areas we used a color matched stain with a 6 year warranty. The fence was also power washed on both sides and a few panels were replaced as needed. The project looks great and was completed in time for the Homeowners Association meetings the next month. Great Clients!

Nice little porch that needed some structural repair and a new roof. Started with some new framing and new decking per the local building codes. Next we installed new tar paper, drip edge, and 30 year architectural shingles. Should provide more cover for years to come!

These homeowners already had a wonderful place but wanted some space to sit and entertain! So we designed and built them two porches to achieve those requests. They both included custom framing, handrail, composite flooring, metal and shingles roofing and color matched painting. We also did some grading and fill work to make this project complete!
