You took our money haven't come back owe us 5,000$. Now another person took u to court u didn't even show what a coward navy seal "right". Stole Valor. Took that young couple for 3,000$. Karma is a Bitch. Have told few guys in lake George ur navy seal talk. They were Marines. They aren't to happy.Good luck in jail. In all my years I have never worked with someone so unprofessional. We have owned 4 houses owned and 8 plex apt units so have had May contractors thru the years. He first came never even measured properly then we got a paper on his costs and we made a depsosit of 9,000$. After numerous excuses of why he didn't show his dad in car accident his son in car accident then he said he was in a car accident. Then claimed to break 2 ribs. Then showed first day here for about and hour took off old porch which he threw on big amount of flowers killing them all. I had to finally after over a week asked him to remove old porch material. Then when he did show he came at anywhere from 8:30 to 10:30 am then proceed to go to truck and talk on cell then take off for coffee for 15 to 30 mins at a time. Also lunch time break. Then start packing up his tools at 2:00. So worked about 2 to 2 and a half hours a day. Neighbors and other workers witnessed this behavior. He kept saying he spent 9,000$ in materials so we wrote down every piece of wood every bracket and every screw plus vinyl railing took to Lowes where he purchased and got all the prices and Lowes did all the math as did we. Including tax. He didn't even spend half of 9,000$ in supplies. He proceeded to pour cement for footing to extending back porch and footing are off by 10 inches. Railing up front porch are coming out and he faced stamp on weather treated wood on front porch facing up now going to show after staining. Left holes in old posts. He put screws in wood on front porch to deep will now collect water and dirt. Split boards on front porch and removed supports from front porch stairs not put back on. We now have to hire another porch person to fix all our front plus back alll he did was wrong three cement footing holes. We have been told by three other professionals that he charged for whole project including back about 4,000$ to much. That's with material and labor. Now not only do we have to pay for repairs but for whole back porch. He is not honest and has no work ethics. We have contacted a lawyer and are going to sheriff. He owes us back about 4,000$ and that's being generous. He also had wood for front porch placed on lawn and killed about a 16 x 8 ft. Patch of front lawn. Please do not go thru the same grief and stress we have and have your money taken from you.
