Awesome service from Home Upgrade Specialist! Our central air unit stopped working during the weekend and within a couple hours of contacting them through Yelp I received a response and an appointment was set up within a day! A technician came to assess the needed repairs, He couldn't do the repairs right then because of parts that were needed but he came back at the same day and quickly repaired our unit and also ran a maintenance cleaning. I would 100% contact them again for any other issue.

I contacted Home Upgrade Specialist through the list of LADWP AC Optimization Program. Simon responded right away, scheduled me in as soon as possible and performed AC unit tune-up and new thermostat installation. Art, the technician, was very professional and honest about my unit's condition, and for every action he was conducting, he gave me explanation as best as he could. I highly recommend Home Upgrade Specialist, and I will certainly get its service again for other services!
