We are a residential Class "A" General Contracting Company based in Suffolk VA. Our company specializes in all phases of construction, repair or maintenance of residential dwellings. HRCS also specializes with working with Real Estate Professionals as well as Multi-Family Apartment Owners and Managers. We've have operated in Hampton Roads, Virginia for over 13 Years and we truly believe in forming relationships with our clients and providing a quality product!
