Excellent! We contacted Chris Foltz after another contractor began the project. We were exasperated with that experience due to NO plans and NO final costs being shared with us and never knowing when work was going to be done or when the project would be completed. This put Chris Foltz in the unenviable position to pick up a project with not much more than a footer in the ground, a few courses of block on top of that and NO plans or estimates available. Chris went to work and soon presented us a professional drawing for us to consider. We sat down and merged our ideas for the finished product and discussed the material and labor expenses involved. We had a meeting of the minds then and throughout the completion of the project. Chris and his crew were always friendly and professional. The quality of work was top notch and perhaps most importantly, the communication was always 2-way and timely. I would strongly recommend Foltz Construction for any project and will be hiring him again in the future!
