This project consists of taking a horror-looking back house and converting it to a fun, entertaining and inviting area to lounge in. First things first, we made sure there is proper drainage. According to the Contractors State License Board, we need to have a (required) min. 2% grade slope away from the home; so that the water doesn't pool up near the foundation of the home. Once ground has been leveled and graded, we then begin to make sure all proper piping of water, gas, and electricity is ran to our designated locations. We then lay down our design of sod, flagstone, and cement as our ground cover. Then we build the fire pit and connect it to the gas pipe that we ran. Then we continue following the plan to ensure not only a happy customer, but a beautiful before and after photo for our gallery.

What we did here is create a 3D design for how our customer wants her kitchen to look like. Once she approved the 3D design, we then moved forward with construction. The 3D design allows homeowners to see exactly how the remodel will look before the construction even begins. Also, the 3D design allows us to see exactly what materials we'll be using to give the homeowner the most accurate quote. All in all, we have perfected kitchen remodeling!

We began with demolishing the existing area where the walkway will be. Once demolition has been completed, we haul away the debris and clean up the entire area. After our customer has chosen the style, color, and pattern of the new paver driveway, we then get back to work. We must ensure the ground is leveled and graded, pour in the base material and begin the different phases of compaction. Once base prep is ready, we then move forward with laying down the pavers and making cuts into the pavers to make sure it looks absolutely beautiful. Remember, everything about everything has to be perfect!

This homeowners backyard was simply dirt when we arrived. Client wanted a place for her kids to run around and have fun, with a nice area for adults to lounge next to the fire pit. We have accomplished exactly what the homeowner envisioned and most importantly, the customer is happy as can be! :)

Homeowner has a two-story house. They wanted a deck to be built for the 2nd floor along with a pergola to cover the downstairs patio area. After creating a 3D design, we have moved onto the construction phase and finally, behold the Before and After pictures.

Mrs. Marsha here was one of our favorites. Her idea of putting water creek, bridge, and waterfall all in her front entryway, sounded remarkable, but we had to get really creative with this one. You see, there was not a lot of space to work with. So, we had to creatively come up with a design that would not take up a lot of space while keeping in mind the words, "Less is More".

This home's backyard has been neglected for many, many years. When our client purchased this property, the first thing he wanted done was to remodel the backyard. We completely painted the entire exterior of the home, built a beautiful elevated deck with a Veranda traditional railing, added Marathon sod, and too many things to list.. Nevertheless, the Before and After pictures tell all.
