Could not be more pleased. They worked with me to solve a repair dilema on my roman tub. We ended up using him to repair that install new sinks though out, install dishwasher and replace garbage disposal and main water cut off. The work was very neat and he took the time to explain what he was doing

| Smell in basement bathroom? | Jan 2014 | Client called & explained there was a smell coming from basement bathroom & asked what our service fee was & would it include diagnostic ? Our service fee is 50.00 & always include the diagnostic. After the situation is looked at & evaluated, the technician will give a upfront price with options & get permission before we do work. Our new client then booked the call . Our technician showed up on time & also wore boot covers. The clients were delighted & explained the situation & took the technicians to the basement where the smell had been. As I was listening ,there were few key questions I asked. One question I did return to was ,how often is this bathroom used? Sink?Shower? The client said simply, never...hardly. So what we found was simple. The water in the sink & shower had evaporated causing sewer gas to be released into the home. Simply put ,water needs to run in the drains to keep the traps full to seal sewer gases from entering the home. The client only paid the 50.00 service fee & was very happy. | $50 | Waxhaw, NC |
