Contractor Kitchen Redo

Dec 2016

A contractor friend wanted his kitchen repainted during a remodel. ESP Painting took down all the cabinet doors, stripped, and repainted them in the garage. We also stripped and stained the open rail system in this home. The railing and kitchen cabinets required precise work because of the design of the woodwork.

1922 NE Portland Bungalow

Aug 2016

We did extensive lead prep on this early 1920s house, scraping the siding and window trim. The homeowner wanted the exterior repainted, including the front and back doors and the front deck. Because this house was built in 1922, we did not want to take chances with having lead paint chips all over the yard, so we put down 3 millimeter plastic around the backyard. Our crews wore protective gear while scraping and cleaning up.We loved the homeowner's color choices! They go perfectly with the age and look of the home. The body of the house is Benjamin Moore Mount Saint Anne and the trim is Benjamin Moore Mascarpone. The door is Benjamin Moore Aztec Brick. Cost of materials was included in the estimate.

Forest Heights Home

Jul 2016

The homeowner requested a repaint on the exterior of this home. The house was so tall, our ladders couldn't reach the top! The crew had some creative ideas, but eventually we rented a lift. We matched the color of the shingles, trim, and railings, but changed the color of the main house to SW 2033. The house was powerwashed and then prepped by scraping, sanding, and priming areas where the paint was peeling. The crew applied new caulking to the gaps in the sides and caulked over deep nailheads. Next came masking and covering, doing the trim, the body of the house, and the front door. Finally we were done!

Lake Oswego Exterior Repaint

Oct 2014

During a complete remodel inside and out, we repainted the exterior. We took special care to protect the landscaping from paint and damage before spraying the new color. The garage door was also replaced and stained with a door style that gave a nod to the home's original single garage door.
