Bonsell Contracting

I hired them to redo my bathroom. I was getting estimates and he was my first person to show up with an estimate. He was very nice and had a great attitude so I hired him on the spot. He continued to postpone the job for 3 weeks. When they did come in he never showed up and instead sent two different people. The drywall was never taped, it was thrown up and spackled. The trim in the closet was never finished on the floor. When they put in a medicine cabinet they cracked the drywall on the other side of the wall in my bedroom. They also took off part of my heating vent, never finished it, and lost the end piece that was removed. I had to call and ask them where the end piece was so it could be put back on. In the midst of my daughter having a baby I would not pay them until they came back to finish and fix what needed to be done. They never sealed the grout on the floor. They also tracked through my living room without putting anything down and left stains all throughout the carpet. I, myself, have finished most of the work and have tried to fix their mistakes which has cost me more money, of course. They tried to do a speedy job and rigged a lot of things. I am a woman but any moron knows that when you drywall, you always tape corners before you spackle. VERY disappointed in the work and I believed in them. I was let down sorely. I will never hire or recommend them to anyone else again. The only good thing that came out of this is the HVAC guy who is awesome and his name is Phil, I would call him for any job.

HUGE tree fell and clipped the edge of house last night. Bonsell came out AND fixed damage within an hour of me calling them. I really appreciated the nice young man (Jared) that helped us by doing it right away. I would recommend them to anyone. They know the business and don't try to take advantage of you because you don't know.
