My wife and I are nearing retirement and we wanted to update the home we've lived in for 30 years before we did. We obtained quotes from 3 contractors and selected Banner Property Management based on competitive pricing, the detailed quote they provided and the technical knowledge they demonstrated during the bid walk. Marc and his crew did the whole interior of our house, including complete kitchen and bath remodels, replacement of all floors and doors, new window casing, crown molding, wall and window modifications - on and on. We're extremely pleased with all of the work. In addition to excellent craftsmanship, we really appreciated the design ideas Marc suggested. Marc's crew was easy to work with and went out of their way to minimize impact on our living arrangements as we moved through the various phases of our project. I've recommend Marc for home remodeling work to several of my friends.
