1) All stucco will be primed with one coat of Benjamin Moore Moores Acrylic Masonry Sealer 006. 2) All stucco will be coated with one coat of Benjamin Moore Moorlastic 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Waterproof coating flat 065. 3) All stucco will be painted with one coat of Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Paint Low Lustre Finish 634. 4) The soffits and facia will be painted with one coat of Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Paint Low Lustre Finish 634. 5) The doors and shutters will be painted (as many coats as it takes) with Benjamin Moore Aura Waterborne Exterior Paint Semi Gloss Finish 632.

The entire home will be pressure cleaned with chlorine and water. 2).The stucco portion of the home will be primed with Benjamin Moore Masonry sealer. 3)The stucco will be painted with one (1) coat of Coronado Elastomeric coating (to chosen color). Coronado is a Florida paint company owned by Benjamin Moore. 4)Tower Tech II caulking will be used where applicable. The best caulk made anywhere. 5)The body of the home will be painted with one (1) coat of Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec satin (to chosen color). 6) The wood trim (windows,etc.) will be painted with one (1) coat of Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec semi-gloss (color: white). 7)The stucco trim will be painted with one (1) coat of Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec satin (color: white). 8)The front door will be painted with Benjamin Moore Regal exterior semi-gloss (to chosen color). With a yearly pressure cleaning, this paint work should last 8-10 years. The cost for the project (labor & material) will be $1,565.00

1) The entire home and garage, and the connecting patio concrete, and the south wooden deck will be pressure washed sans the cedar shake. 2) Every failed caulk joint around the windows and elsewhere around any wood and all of the vertical connect joints in the Hardee board siding will have Tower Tech II caulking applied this is a lifetime sealant with an 800% expansion no more caulking will ever be needed. 3) The soffits and all blue colored trim will be painted with (1) one coat of Benjamin Moore (BM referred to from here) Super Spec exterior semi gloss house paint to existing color. 4) The exposed stucco foundation around the home and garage will be sealed with BM acrylic masonry sealer. 5) The lap siding and aforementioned stucco foundations will have (2) two coats of BM Super Spec acrylic low luster house paint applied to existing color. 6) The 3 exterior ceilings will have (1) coat of BM Regal clear base applied semi gloss. 7) The 4x4 posts that are mildewing all of them will be primed with Aqua Lock exterior primer to erase future mildew from happening. 8) The trellis connecting the front porch and garage, as well as the south deck will have the same product BM Arbor Coat (Natural) applied in one coat. 9) The small walkway between the house and garage will be sealed with clear concrete sealant. 10) The front door will be sealed with satin polyurethane, as well as the garage door. I really want to tinker with that garage door to see if I can improve its appearance. The total cost of the project (labor & material) will be - $4, 635.00
