Finished Attic

Aug 2014

This project was for a Brother at our Church: He had a typical North Eastern attic space, and we framed out a bathroom, living area, knee wall around the stair case, and built drawers and shelves into the lower walls.

Jun 2013

We built a deck for a long time customer, and the results were outstanding: they had a very gorgeous new deck, and it cost them very little to get it.

Garage in Clifton Park

Apr 2010

I tore down an old shed for my customer, and on that same slab, built for her a beautiful new garage, with a loft space, big barn doors, and she was in love with her new garage.

Addition of a 3 Season Room

Jan 2013

Our customers wanted to tear down their old back porch and build a Three Season Room, completely finished, with a metal corrugated roof. We tore down the existing structure, poured concrete piers, to match the architect's specifications, framed, sheet rocked, taped, painted, trimmed, sided, roofed, floored the entire structure. The roof had a bit of trouble, with leaking, but keep in mind, it was the middle of winter, and their slate roof was badly in need of replacement, but we were able to sort them out, and they are very happy with their new project. It really turned out gorgeous.
