Oh boy, what a shit show is this guy…. I don’t have enough space I’m sure to list all that went wrong, but as we climbed into 30k+, we realized he does NOT KNOW WHAT HES DOING… basically molested our home, got an injury and ghosted… he will see us in court. If I could give no stars I would…

We tore down the existing structure, poured concrete piers, to match the architect's specifications, framed, sheet rocked, taped, painted, trimmed, sided, roofed, floored the entire structure. The roof had a bit of trouble, with leaking, but keep in mind, it was the middle of winter, and their slate roof was badly in need of replacement, but we were able to sort them out, and they are very happy with their new project.
