The consultation with joel and curtiss was very informative. I learned alot, and the pricing was very similar to the competition with being a far superior product. Payment options were very flexible with 0% interest.

Work WAS completed satisfactorly

Here's the deal. The product is quality. The contractor who installed the roof was also a professional and did quality work. The problem is that the product I ordered was not available and not ordered by the DaBella rep who sold it to me. The project was started in March and finished in May. This was supposed to be a week project max. Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and customer service. I would have been fine starting the project later (i.e. when the product was available, rather than starting it in the rainy season and then waiting for the rest of the product to arrive.) Massive failure on daBella's part. I should have at very least received a discount for this delay.

Thorough and professional. I appreciate the high standards that the company maintains. RJ and Garrett were honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and answered every question I had. I am excited to watch the project unfold and am very happy that I chose DaBella to do the project.
