Where do I start? Our AC died last week and we knew we wanted it replaced and called 4 seasons. Office staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. She said she would have someone here by noon. At noon Nate showed up and we went over all our options, he took his time to explain and answer all of our questions. We decided on a system and Nate said they couldn’t install it until next week, (today) But he didn’t want us to be without Ac for a week and had them bring us a loaner. Within two hours we were up and running. Tyler and Steve brought the loaner and had it working in no time. These two gentlemen were also professional and very nice to deal with. Fast forward to today. We were told install would be today and start between 8 and 9 this morning. 8:30 and Cliff and Jason were here. They introduced themselves and started to work. By 1:30 they were done. They are professionals and take pride in their work, everything looks and works wonderful. They cleaned up all the areas and shook our hands and thanked us before they left. Very nice young men, professional, kind and courteous. Nate even stopped in today to see how the install was coming along. I can’t say enough about 4 seasons Air. On time, do what they say they will do, no hidden fees, no scams, no BS just straight up wonderful service. From the first phone call to the end of the install nothing but professional, nice people who truly CARE about their customers. They will be the only ones that ever touch our nice new system Thank you 4 seasons.
