Hey Steve why are You still ripping people off?
Efferins roofing, Charles efferin, Charles j Meckling and Anthony Marcello is all related. I am putting together a huge case with them. Please email me if you want to share informations againstscammers412@gmail.com
Ask porch if he is vetted.....guess what, he isn’t and that is because he can’t get vetted status because he has judgements and charges against him!
Do yourself a favor and call somebody else! Check out the reviews at the BBB and online at other sites. These guys (brothers) operate under many different names( Iron City, Roofology, The Roof Specialist, etc) but their game is the same...take your money ...
The owner (Steve) seemed nice but the work wasn’t good. His guys swore and smoked and made a mess on my property that they didn’t clean up. A week after the job was completed the roof began leaking! Now he won’t return my calls.
I see from your response below that you’re denying ever putting someone’s roof on their house. That’s your best game, deny. Deny you did it, deny anything is wrong. Man up! Be accountable! YOU did install a roof on our house and it was done incorrectly. W...
I wouldn’t let this guy put a roof on a chicken coop, he is that bad!
Is he even Licensed? It states here that it expired!
Refuses to pay me after being court ordered to do so.
Called this company for an estimate on a new roof. The man who came out, Steve, seemed a little to eager and reminded me of a snake charmer. Something just didn’t seem right with his offer of no money due until completion. After he left I checked the r...
Efferin’s roofing installed a new roof on my building and I am very happy with the quality of they’re work I would do business with them again
You can’t really expect to keep going around and ripping people off and getting away with it without any repercussions! Clean up your side of the street, better yet, repave it!
Still have a leaky roof after he “repaired” the problem and put a new roof on.
Only completed half the job but took all my money and what he did do was wrong causing water damage to my home!
Steven Efferin of Efferins roofing was very pleasant to work with, he gave me a fair price , and they did a very nice job on my roof. If you need a roof, i would recommend Efferin's roofing.
Don’t even give this company a second thought! Their work is substandard at best!
We tried to resolve the conflict before it went to arbitration and you wouldn’t accept that there were issues with the roof. The house has taken on water in the back now and there has been much time and energy wasted on this. We informed you that we were ...
I was paying for the materials and Steve Efferin had me purchase extra which he returned to Home Depot and kept the money. He is a crook!
Left the work site a mess. Didn't even hail away the old shingles! Wouldn’t hire again!
Efferinso roofing was great to work with and price was responsible
Look elsewhere, start with the magisterial pages and see the judgements he has against him. He ruined my roof and after taking him to arbitration and WINNING, he refused to obey the court order and pay me. He is a crook and a con man.
If you want the job done right this man is wrong for you!
We needed a new roof and Efferins installed a lifetime shingle roof with no upfront deposit, made it very easy for us.. highly recommend!!!
If anyone wants pictures or documentation about how he stole materials from and returned them for money, my email is nursenat92@aol.com
This guy is a total con artist and does horrible work!
