Always Comfy LLC installed a 2 stage gas furnace & 2 stage air conditioner and 2 thermostats in Mountainside NJ. One thermostat controls the master bedroom suite which consists of a large bedroom area, a large walk in closet, and a large private bathroom with hot tub and custom shower. The other thermostat controls the additional second floor bedrooms and shared common bathroom. Always Comfy LLC also designed and installed a completely new, energy efficient air duct system. Low voltage, motorized dampers are located in the air ducts to control and direct the air flow to each area of the house. Each zone is controlled by 1 thermostat. This is called a 2 zone home comfort system. Each wifi Housewise thermostat can also be controlled by smart phone, tablet or computer and gives energy reports each month. The thermostats also control the humidification. 2 stage (hi/lo) air conditioner and variable fan are used to dehumidify in the summer and are controlled automatically by the thermostat. The whole house humidifier is also automatically controlled by the thermostat I winter time. Maintenance reminders can be set if you wish. We improved, repaired and modified the existing 1st floor duct system, gas furnace and air conditioner. An Aprilaire whole house humidifier, Aprilaire whole house air cleaner, RGF Guardian purifier and water leak flood detection cut off switch are also being added on to the existing 1st floor heating and cooling system.
