House Cleaning

Mar 2014

This is a retired woman who rated me 5 stars on another website, but she hires me infrequently and doesn't understand the needs of a professional cleaning company. (This last time--two months from her last cleaning, on the day she had an appointment--she changed her mind after I'd already come to her house and thought it didn't need to be cleaned more than 10 minutes of vacuuming. Because of that, I will not be doing any more work for her.)

House Cleaning

Jan 2014

Monthly maintenance of about 4.75 hours. It is a 2/2 with almost all bare flooring which adds time because there is a vacuum + wet mop (by hand is more thorough). Also, monthly cleanings take longer because there is less rotation and more dust and such to remove. This home is tidy every time I come to clean.

House Cleaning

Jan 2014

One of the bathrooms in this 4-story home has a shower with glass walls that is separate from the tub. Even though the home is large, it is always tidy (almost all of the homes I clean are).

Move-In House Cleaning

Jan 2014

12 hours. This customer's home was just built, but the cleaning crew that took care of most of the construction dust used a waxy substance (furniture polish?) on all of the doors that was time-consuming to remove (the owners were home to witness how it was coming off in layers). The bulk of this time (as the owners expected) was spent helping unpack, wash, and dry kitchen items.
