Cardinal Garage Door

I called this place because I had seen it previously during my travels and decided to give them a shot. I couldn't get my garage opened on Sunday. Something happened and the opener was just spinning its wheels. My garage door opener was on the old side as well so going in to this I knew I was going just buy a new one. Did my homework on prices before they showed up Monday to make sure I wasn't getting taken advantage of. 2 guys named Matt and John arrived and were really easy going and friendly. I showed them what was going on and told them that I wanted to replace the whole unit. They got the paperwork together and the price was very fair. Little bit later everything is as good as new and it was a painless visit. I'd give this company a call again if I needed anything else done for sure.

I'm going out of my way to write this review. Most people write them when they are dissatisfied. I on the other hand was very pleased with my service visit so I wanted to make sure I posted something positive. The first company that came out gave me quite a high estimate. When the gentlemen from Cardinal looked over everything and gave me a quote, I was shocked at the price between the two companies. I showed them the prior estimate and they told me that what I was quoted was way overkill for what I needed to get the job done. They took the time to explain everything to me in a very professional and courteous manner. I ended up with a new garage door opener and 2 new springs. I'm very happy with the job and everything works great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to family and friends.

Don't know much about garage doors except that mine wasn't working. Called Cardinal, they came out within a few hours. Tech was nice. Service was quick. Price was decent. Experience was satisfactory. No complaints. They will be my go-to from now on.

Cardinal garage door was such a help. I was having issues with my garage door. Unfortunately I had no idea what i was going to do. So gave them a call scheduled a service call which thankfully it was free. The guy who came out was so courteous and friendly fixed the broken spring very quickly. I would absolutely hire them again! Plus their prices are very affordable.
