Shannon Acerman did receive a proposal over a year and a half ago. Never called and returned our phone calls or messages asking if he would like to move forward with the project. We were contacted by Shannon after 14 months and he wanted us to come out and do another estimate to revise the old plan. After reviewing this customers original estimate we realized that we had not heard back from Shannon in over 14 months and decided to pass on his project. This is why Shannon Acerman is upset with our company because we passed on his small project due to his unresponsiveness.

Fortunately, I did not make it beyond the pricing phase with this company. They showed up as scheduled to view the scope of work and provide an estimate but that is all they did. They never provided an estimate, they do not return phone calls, and they do not return email or voice messages. After 6 weeks of being neglected as a customer, I decided to move on. When they found out, they were upset and tried to justify their delinquency with several excuses that simply were not true. I am very happy all this happened prior to entering a contract with them. I can only imagine the potential debacle of a project that would have occurred if I had actually hired them. Don't waste your time with this company.

We used Rich’s company for our landscaping on a new build, Rich is very pleasant to work with however as far as the work that is done, it was not to our expectations and unfortunately when you cut corners landscaping it continues to look worse(not better) as time goes on. We had many plants die, NONE were replaced as promised, many times Rich would text that he would be up to look at the plants, hydroponic tower which never worked, he never would show up. Finally we gave up and replaced the trees ourselves, fixed the hydroponic tower and we are still dealing with a major weeding problem. The problem with Three Seasons Landscaping is a lot will be promised, once the job starts however corners are cut, small corners such as weed barrier where rocks and coverage it at, since he never added it because as he said “ it doesn’t matter, we will not get that many weeds either way”, that has been far from the truth. We are in the yard daily pulling weeds which is unnecessary if they only added weed barrier, it doesn’t cost much. Another issue is a barrier between tree beds and sod, he felt that this also is unnecessary however now the grass bleeds into the tree beds. The landscaping service and quality of work we received was terrible, we do NOT recommend to use this company, it was very cheaply done(not in price, in quality of work) with a lot of promises and it turned out to be the worst decision we made going with Three Seasons.
