Project Extensive water damage and mold potential made this project very meticulous and difficult. We tore out existing flooring, plywood, tar paper/15lb felt then cleaned and prepped the floor for a new plywood. Once floor prep was complete, we installed a select oak floor, making it to existing flooring, which is never any easy task. After the new floor was installed, we did stained the entire floor (new and existing), handrails and staircase. Result With a near perfect repair and custom staining, it was a very rewarding project. With a Mizner Style Home and wonderful, accommodating clients, the project was a dream to work on.

Project A fully furnished 3 story project presented many challenges, such as 2 staircases and tile on the 2nd floor to be used as a self leveler for the flooring. We leveled and feathered the tile before installing the floor. There are 3 models in Harbour Oaks (neighborhood) and we’ve completed projects in all of them. There are architectural challenges which require spatial awareness, making it a rewarding learning experience. Result This mid-sized showpiece has garnered many accolades as well as more projects in the Harbour Oaks community. The interior design along with the wood look exquisite. Photos by: Kowaala

Project This was a project that demanded absolute perfection from a client who was more than happy to accommodate, no matter what our needs were. Extensive leveling throughout and round lighting in the slab – that had no margin for error – were challenging to say the least. roject Extensive leveling had to be done in the guest lodge. We installed a select Brazilian cherry hardwood on top of ¾ inch plywood. Once the was prepped, we installed the flooring, sanded it, and added a custom tone/stain before topcoating. The project presented many challenges, and anytime a challenge can be met with quality, it becomes extremely rewarding. Result Not only did the flooring come out beautifully, but the home did as well. Superior craftsmanship by Emil LaViola, the Builder.
