They did an excellent job transforming our tub into a beautiful shower. Very pleasant and answered all our questions. Cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend.

They started on my master bathroom over 2 months late, spent 3 weeks longer than quoted on the job and didn't finish. They failed to complete the job - no glass doors or walls around the shower and nearly all of the work needs to be redone: Gaps in the wood floor big enough to fit a quarter in. Damaged and cracked stone. Cuts in stone surfaces were jagged, crooked and dangerously sharp. Metal trim was cut jagged and had finished surfaces ground down to expose bare metal around the counter and the shower basin. Silicon EVERYWHERE. Damage to walls, new vanity, and doorway. Damage to fixtures. After another 2 months of waiting for them to make good on their promise to fix the job, they've asked me to have somebody else finish the job instead and to send them an itemized bill. Don't do business with Bath Transformations.

I called Bath Transformations for an estimate on a replacement shower which had cracked. When Mark arrived and saw what had happened he reassured me that it was a common issue with the improper installation of the fiberglass unit. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services they would provide. By the time he was done. My wife and I had the most confidence in him and Bath Transformations. The installer showed up on time and also was very knowledgeable. He explained in detail the process. When he was done that evening our bathroom was clean and ready to use. A big thank you Bath Transformations!
