Even if its not our company you hire, please ask for a copy of the policy to be emailed to you from the insurance provider with the current date. You don't need to try and save a couple thousand dollars to come home and find the guys you hired did not have liability insurance and your home is burnt to the ground. You don't need to find out that someone broke some bones and now they are suing you for the bill AND your home.
