After a licensed electrician messed up wiring in my home, my AC stopped working. With indoor pets, including a long-haired German Shepherd, we definitely couldn't go without AC during the summertime in Florida, so I texted Lisandro late in the evening, and he said he could stop by the very next morning after his first appointment. It didn't take long for him to run some tests and see why our AC was not working (the electricians did not have everything wired correctly), and he also corrected some potential fire hazards, and checked some parts and other wiring with our AC. Our AC was blowing ice cold in less than an hour. Lisandro is the kind of AC tech and expert who doesn't mind curious home-owners asking questions, and watching to see what he does and why. He is efficient, and yet detail-oriented, and gladly takes time to provide helpful information, tips, explanations, and answers to all questions. He treats his customers like family, and it shows with his work-ethics. Do yourself, your family, and your home, a big favor and hire North Pole AC and Heating Services, where the expert and company owner, Lisandro, himself, comes out and does all the work, firsthand, rather than other "big name" companies who usually send out random techs and subcontractors who often do sub-par work that can be problematic in the years to come. I can't say enough good things about Lisandro and North Pole Air. I've tried two other AC companies before I got a recommendation from a coworker about North Pole Air. Lisandro was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provided all details on what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, the time, and cost. It was a large fix and he was here for a majority of the day. Throughout the day he would show to me and explain his findings, reading of equipment, and his work. He explains it in a way that is easy to understand. He is definitely passionate about his work and customer service is top notch. He is honest, extremely hard working, and provides a great price and superb service. North Pole Air is reliable, honest, hard working, and customer focused AC company. I will always return to North Pole Air for all care of my AC.

At a time when homeowners want to get the best service possible and still not break the bank, Lisandro and North Pole really make that happen. I called Lisandro on a Thursday for a detailed residential maintenance on an unit installed on an older home I just bought. We made an appointment for Monday afternoon. However, on Monday he was running a bit early, and called me to see if it was possible to begin my job earlier (who does that nowadays?). Lisandro came in, explained everything in detail, went out of his way to tell me what I should replace immediately, and what could wait a couple of months and years (again, who does that nowadays). He checked the air circulation around the house and suggested things I could do myself (e.g. change to wider air vents) increase the air pressure in some of the most isolated areas of the house. Lisandro is truly top notch and my new HVAC guy.
