Very honest. Something you don't see very often nowadays. I was told by another furnace repair guy that my furnace was shot and I would need to replace it. the guy seemed a little pushy so I decided I would get one more opinion before I spent all that money. A tech Ron came out and within 15 minutes he told me all I needed was to replace a circuit board. Saved me about $3K. I was so happy I tried to give him a tip and he refused. Figured the least I could do was write a review.
