About Home Science Solutions
Home Science Solutions specializes in roofing, guttering, windows, siding, insulation, attic ventilation, heat and moisture management, building science and adjustments within the thermal envelope. We are the nerds of the construction industry. In short, our experience solving problems has helped us become an elite contractor versed in a whole-home approach. We are a GAF Master Elite Roofer, Elite Factory Certified LeaFree Gutter Protection Installer, a Mastic Master Elite Siding and Metalworker and one of only a few in town with one or more Vinyl Siding Institute (VSI) certified installers/crews. Additionally, we are certified through Lomanco and have worked with their engineers to develop custom attic ventilation that is helping rewrite the International Residential Code. We are sticklers for doing things right the first time and will provide options to solve any problem in a range of budgets. We are proudly family-owned and operated right here out of the Omaha Metro.

| Lakeland LP | Aug 2015 | This was one of our favorite types of projects. The homeowner was described by other contractors as "impossible to please." Our take on this was: "If we can make this owner happy, we can make anyone happy." We originally bid the removal and replacement of just the siding. However, not satisfied with the manufacturer installing his windows, he also hired us to install high-end, custom windows (19), doors and sliding glass doors. Later on, he selected us for his gutters, repairs to framing and additional work in ventilation and insulation. After the first wall, the owner checked all of our spacing with his own ruler and held us to a variance of no more than 1/32 of an inch. In other words, if we didn't sharpen our pencils for almost every cut, we would need to cut again. The new saying became measure thrice, sharpen twice, close one eye and then and only then can you hope to cut only once. We love you Dale and Family! | $20k | Blair, NE | |
| Million Dollar Home | Jun 2015 | This homeowner was told by their insurance company they had little storm damage to the wood shake roof at their home. Upon inspection, we discovered, documented and proved comprehensive hail and storm damage. They are thrilled with their new GAF Grand Sequoia roof, Rolex gutters, LeaFree Gutter Protection and upgraded attic ventilation.
