DS Construction

Back in April, I had Dan come out to look at a window to be replaced.. Shortly after getting my quote, I put my deposit down. Beginning of May, I never heard back so I got in touch. They said the window was ordered and they would let me know when it would get in, so we could set a date to replace it. Over a month later, I still did not hear anything. Today I texted the number I had been in touch with 3 times before they replied, while also texting Dan's number, as well as another number listed on the invoice statement. Come to find out, the person I had been in touch with, doesn't work for the business anymore, and apparently they aren't a business. Then the individual goes on to state that a refund had been initiated.. After asking when, they replied 15 May.. It's now 8 June, and I am just barely hearing back about this, as well as NO REFUND had been initiated. Save yourself time, and use a different company.. As I said, I don't even think they are a company anymore. Horrible service. Horrible communication with the customers.

DS Construction did a great job installing our sliding patio door and windows. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

They installed a picture window in my living room. They got it done quickly without interrupting my daily life. They were reliable and priced very well. I will use them for any future home repair or remodeling that i need in the future!
