A steep driveway, iced up in winter, leading to two small garage doors was reconfigured; the garages were enclosed and turned into a new bedroom/bathroom and a garage was made where an old bedroom/bath was on the south side of the house.A new driveway, with more parking area was constructed and the roof of the new garage was made into an expanded deck off the main living area

An older, ranch style home, two small bedrooms, one bath were converted to one larger bedroom with a master bath and walk-in closet. The master steam shower was built for wheelchair accessibility with a curb -less entry and a trench drain. The tile used throughout the bathroom is a wood plank look. The shower has two sides half glass, with a glass block exterior window and marble tile walls and ceiling. Cabinets are dark cherrywood. New french doors were added to the bedroom south wall to access a future patio/deck feature. The walk-in closet was custom designed shelves and closet rods, accessed by french doors.
