Mark is reliable, effective, and a knowledgeable electrician and general contractor. You can easily talk to him about budgets, and his fees including materials and labor costs. He is fair with his estimates when he comes out to assess the job, and Mark does not just give you one idea, he takes his time to understand what the customer needs, and ensures that he understand what the job is. He finishes the job well, in addition to cleaning the work area. For customers it is important to follow up, and ask for a time-frame (within 2-3 hour window within the scheduled work time/day). He is very upfront and professional, but friendly as well. His son who helped for the second job, bare the same qualities – of professionalism and friendly customer interactions. The father and son made this happen during the holidays (Dec. 26th, and Dec. 31st). Job#1: Install a new and separate 20 Amps circuit from outside the house to inside the house, including new outlet and switch specifically for a ~600 lb. wine fridge. Build a two-ply stack of wood (I specifically describe what I think it should be) that can withstand the weight of the fridge and its contents, and wrapped in a specific type of carpet for noise reduction. Job#2: Remove the door to get the fridge through, and Install the wine fridge in the nook area with 8in on the top, and 3-4in clearances on each side.
