Already have a 30’x40’ steel structure up on a concrete foundation. And In-floor plumbing for heating. Just finished running a 200a service to it. I’m looking for an estimate for what I have left. The front wall is framed out for the big garage door. but needs to be completed. I want a electric roll up door. Still needs a well/septic, a heater/fuel tank and whatever it takes to get all this to a turn key shop. Other than that I plan to have someone put spray-in insulation and build a office/studio apartment sort of speak inside. There’s already drains installed in the concrete for a toilet and shower I believe.
