About WESTERN MAGNESITE COMPANY
Western Magnesite Company was started in 1961 by Phillip Green. This business was created to provide a service to repair Magnesite on the many apartment buildings in Los Angeles. Over the years, Western has evolved and embraced fiberglass decking systems, as well as precast stairways, a flat roofing system, epoxy garage floors, and stamped concrete overlays. We even do work as far south as San Diego, and as far north as Berkeley.
