Joe was great, he did the work right away! We were in a bad situation, the fan could have fallen on my bedridden brother at any time. Very professional manner, friendly, and willingness to explain what we needed. He checked out some other issues that my elderly father had concerns about at no charge to us. I had Joe install some new Outdoor lights on the house,and replace a very worn out mailbox. He even helped me with installing a new cartridge in my bathtub faucet that was leaking. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and really just a very nice guy. I would highly recommend him for any work you may have around the house that needs fixing.
