I was ready to purchase a large property in the area from out of town, without seeing it in person. The owner and realtor recruited some Roofers--at least one company, supposdly another one) to say there was 6-10 years life left on the roof, even though they didn't know when it had been installed. The building inspector had indicated there were "not minor" repairs needed on it, and I could tell from pics it had been patched together or repaired in spots, but I needed an honest assessment of the damage from an unbiased source. Tillman to the rescue! He came very quick right after I called him , and stopped me from making the mistake of my life! He found mold under the roof boards, in the rafters, all kinds of evidence of water damage and gave me the news straight. Apparently it's not so easy to find an honest roofer/restoration company in that area. The best thing I can say about TillMan is that he is an HONEST person. A man of integrity who cares about doing the right thing. He didn't even charge me for coming by and doing the inspection, and definitely didn't try to sell me on anything. He just gave me the straight truth about the place and saved me making a major financial mistake. Hire this company! A name you can trust. Aaron

I always try to use local family owned and operated businesses when possible and ProClaim is great! Very hard working, conscientious and fairly priced. After replacing our roof I will definitely be using them for other home improvement projects in the future.

The work was amazing. They delivered everything they promised. Very professional.
