| Kitchen Remodel | Mar 2016 | Removed two walls to enlarge kitchen area. Installed new hardwood flooring to meet old flooring. Sanded and finished flooring to match color of existing areas. Painted walls, ceiling and trim. Installed two columns on each end of open walls. Installed base and wall cabinets. Had gas line moved to accommodate new appliances for island and moved the plumbing so the new sink location will not be divided by a window but rather centered so the homeowner has a clear view of the outside. Managed the entire project for the homeowner by scheduling, plumbers, electricians, Kitchen cabinet estimator and counter top install so they did not have to take time off from work. | $24k | Bethesda, MD |
