Uprise Concrete Coatings

I would absolutely not recommend them for any job! I hired them 2 years ago this June to coat my outdoor porch area and after paying any enormous amount of money the coating started coming apart in less than a year. Basically it has not lasted at all. Last spring I called them several times and left a voicemail explaining the problem (cracks, slippery surface when wet, and a complete lifting of the coating exposing the concrete below to water damage) that got no response. I called again and finally was able to speak to someone who said they were no longer coating outdoor porch floors. She then gave me the name and email of the owner of the company whom I emailed several times, again explaining the problem, and never received a response. Interestingly though they were very responsive when selling me their work. I now have a porch that has visible cracks and tears in it with a considerable amount of water leakage below. They promised a 15 year warranty on the job, but all I got was unprofessional and unreliable work! So no. I would absolutely stay away from this company and their terribly workmanship!
