John installed an over the range microwave oven for me without a hitch. He was very professional. He had to cut my cabinets in order for the new microwave to fit. I watched him to see if he was doing a good job. I was convinced that he was doing a great job. He cares about the quality. I think he is a perfectionist and I could see that he has lots of experience. The cabinet was cut very straight and he also smoothed it down. Then he installed the microwave oven. When finished, he cleaned up the saw dust with a shop vac. He was very clean and neat. Afterward, I asked him to take a broke bulb out of my front porch light fixture. When he took the light fixture apart he realized that the light fixture was installed poorly. It was hanging and not secured to the ceiling. He fixed the light fixture and now the fixture is well secured to the ceiling. He did not charge extra, but I would have been willing to pay him more because that was very unsafe. Also, his price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the quality of his work and I will definitely keep his number and call him to do more work for me.
